WHAT WE ACCEPT
We accept in-season, on-trend clothing, shoes, and accessories for women and children, including maternity and plus sizes. We prioritize condition, brand, and style—well-known brands sell best!
We Welcome:

Women's Clothing: All sizes (XS-3XL), including professional wear, casual clothing, and special occasion pieces

Children's Clothing: Newborn through size 16

Maternity Wear: All stages and sizes

Shoes: Women's and children's in excellent condition
-
Accessories: Purses, jewelry, scarves, belts, and hats

Baby Gear: Strollers, high chairs, car seats (unexpired), and nursery items

Toys: Clean, complete, and in excellent condition
WE DO NOT ACCEPT:

Used underwear, socks, tights, or stockings
-
Items with stains, holes, fading, or damage
-
Outdated styles or heavily worn pieces
-
Items with odors (smoke, pet, etc.)

Recalled items or expired car seats

Single baby onesies or leggings (must be in sets of two or more with matching brand and size)
PREPARING YOUR ITEMS
Proper preparation ensures the best chance of acceptance and sale!
Inspect Carefully

Check for stains, holes, fading, or damage
-
Pay special attention to collars, armpits, knees, and seams
-
Look for missing buttons, broken zippers, or loose threads
-
Ensure all items are complete and functional
Clean Thoroughly

All clothing must be freshly laundered and smell fresh

Remove any pet hair, lint, or debris
-
Iron or steam wrinkle-prone items
-
Clean shoes and wipe down accessories
Organize Neatly

Fold all clothing items neatly
-
Use a clean bin, tote, or storage container
-
We do NOT accept items in trash bags
-
Group similar items together (shirts, pants, dresses)
Items We Cannot Accept:

Stains, fading, discoloration, or odors
-
Holes, rips, tears, or excessive wear

Pilling and fabric pulls
-
Missing or broken zippers
-
Missing and/or mismatched buttons
DROP-OFF PROCESS
No appointment needed! Walk in during our consignment hours.
Step 1: Arrival and Setup

Bring your items in clean bins or totes
-
An associate will greet you and explain the process
-
Place your items in a designated area
Step 2: Check-In
-
New Consignors: Complete our consignment agreement
-
Returning Consignors: Check in with your phone number or consignor ID
-
Provide your contact information for updates
Step 3: Item Information
-
Fill out details about your drop-off
-
Indicate types of items you're consigning
-
Receive your consignor identification labels
-
Important: DO NOT stick labels directly to items - use provided clips or tape
Step 4: Inspection Process
Our team will carefully inspect each piece, checking for:

Overall condition and cleanliness

Brand recognition and current style
-
Seasonal appropriateness
-
Sales floor needs
Timing: Inspection typically takes 30 minutes to 1 hour, but may take longer during peak times.
Step 5: Same-Day Pickup
-
You must return the same day to collect your bins and any unaccepted items
-
Items are placed in our designated pickup area
-
All items must be picked up by closing time
-
If not picked up: Items will be donated the following morning and a $5 fee applied to your account
CONSIGNMENT PERIOD AND PAYOUT STRUCTURE
90-Day Consignment Period Your consignment period begins when items are priced and placed on the sales floor.
Pricing Structure:

Days 1-30: Full starting price
-
Days 31-60: 25% price reduction
-
Days 61-90: 50% price reduction (minimum $2.00)
Payout Structure:

You receive 40% of the final selling price
-
We receive 60% of the final selling price
-
All items subject to store promotions and sales
End of Consignment Period:

Unsold items become store property after 90 days
-
You may retrieve unsold items before the expiration date

Retrieval fee: $5 if you need staff assistance finding your items

Store Credit: Use anytime with 10% bonus value

Check (In-Store): $10 minimum, $1 processing fee

SEASONAL CONSIGNING GUIDE
SPRING (February - April)
Accept: Lightweight jackets, layering pieces, short sleeves, light colors, spring patterns
SUMMER (May - July)
Accept: Short sleeves, tanks, shorts, skirts, sun dresses, swimwear, sandals, bright colors
FALL (August - October)
Accept: Long sleeves, sweaters, jackets, denim, boots, Halloween and fall decor
WINTER (November - January)
Accept: Coats, boots, warm clothing, sweaters, fleece, holiday items
SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
High-Value Items:
